Free delivery within Germany. This applies up to a weight of 40 kg, a length of
2 meters and for orders with a value of  € 75.00. We ship by GLS or DPD.

Goods which are ordered until 6 p.m. (until 4:30 p.m. on Fridays), will be
dispached on the very same day.

Delivery terms and conditions within Germany:
•parcel service (GLS, DHL, DPD): Free delivery for orders with a value of at least € 75.00.
•parcel service (GLS, DHL, DPD): For orders with a value of less than € 75.00 please note
shipping charges of € 7.50.

Additional flat rate delivery terms and conditions within Germany:
•Overnight express (up to 25 kg): € 25,00
•Overnight express (up to 50kg): € 50,00
•Overnight express (up to 75kg): € 75,00
•Overnight express (up to 100kg): € 100,00
•Haulage (bundle of tubes, max. 40kg): € 25,00
•Haulage (a palette): € 50,00

Early bird discount
You will receive an additional discount of 1% for orders from Monday - Friday,
12 p.m. - 10 a.m.. Note: If there is an animated clock shown on the right side of your
screen, you can be sure, that the early bird discount is available.

Late ordering service
If we receive your order on Monday - Thursday between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. or on Friday
between 4:30 p.m. and 6 p.m., we offer shipping on the very same day by request. Please
note shipping charges of 5% and a minimum order value of € 10.00.
Note: The animated clock, shown on the right side of your screen, is denoting the
availability of the early bird discount.

Weekend shipping
Simply order on the weekend by Sunday at 15:00 h (or if Monday is a public holiday, by Monday at 15:00 h) and you will receive your merchandise via GLS on the next working day by 12:00 h (surcharge per package: € 30,00).
